Company Ownership
Halco (Mining) Inc., is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A and is the 51% stockholder of CBG.
Halco's stockholders include
- Alcoa World Alumina L.L.C (45%)
- Alcan Finances (Bermuda) Limited (45%)
- Dadco Investments Limited (10%)
The Halco board of directors consists of five directors from these owner companies. In turn, Halco holds five positions on the board of Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinee.
